I am having trouble getting my laptop to connect with the Samsung Signage TV. I have previously sent data from this device to the TV and want to add information to our display. I have provided the model & IP address into the Magic Info Express 2 program for software update and the response says the RM48D (our TV model) is not supported. Your response is greatly appreciated.
